Are mounted or installed items eligible for return?

We want to make sure you feel confident about your purchase, so here is a clear breakdown of what is and is not eligible for return based on the condition of your items.

Wheel and tire packages

If you ordered a wheel and tire package, your tires arrive already mounted and balanced on your wheels before shipping. Because we handle the mounting and balancing ourselves, these packages are still eligible for return as long as the wheels and tires have not been driven on and are still in new, unused condition.

Wheel only orders

If you ordered wheels only, the wheels are eligible for return before tires have been mounted on them. Once tires have been mounted onto your wheels, the wheels are no longer eligible for return, even if a fitment issue is discovered after mounting. This is why we always recommend doing a full test fit before having tires mounted.

Tire only orders

If you ordered tires only, they are eligible for return before they have been mounted. Once tires have been mounted, they are no longer eligible for return. Tires that show any mileage are also not eligible for return.

Suspension and accessories

All suspension and accessory items that are not warranty related must be unused and uninstalled to be eligible for return. Items that show any signs of installation or attempted installation cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender without credit.

General return requirements

Regardless of the item, all returns must meet the following requirements:

• Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage
• All original accessories such as center caps must be included
• Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
• All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Contact us first to request a return authorization
• Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days

Always test fit before installing

The best way to protect your return eligibility is to always do a proper test fit before finalizing installation or having tires mounted. A test fit allows you to check fitment, clearance, and any potential rubbing without committing to a full installation.
