Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
Contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to make changes to your order before it ships.
We know that plans can change, and we will always do our best to accommodate any order changes. However, because we work quickly to get your order processed and shipped, there are a few things to keep in mind.
Act quickly! Our team moves fast to get orders fulfilled, which means your order may already be further along in the process than you expect. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we have of making changes before your order ships.
What can be changed? Depending on where your order is in the fulfillment process, we may be able to help with:
- Updating your shipping address
- Changing a product size, color, or style
- Adding or removing items from your order
What about cancellations? If you need to cancel your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Cancellations requested within 24 hours of purchase may have fees waived. After that, a restocking fee may apply depending on the product and stage of fulfillment.
Please note that forged, custom, made-to-order, and special order wheels cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun, as they are built specifically for your order.
