Can I return a ceramic coated wheel?

If you added ceramic coating to your wheels and are wondering whether they can be returned, here is everything you need to know about our policy on ceramic coated wheel returns.

Ceramic coating is a non-refundable service

Ceramic coating is a one time service applied to your wheels before they ship. Because this service has already been performed at the time your order is fulfilled, the cost of ceramic coating is non-refundable under most circumstances. Here is what to know:

• The ceramic coating service fee will not be refunded as part of a return unless the return is due to an error on our part
• If you ordered ceramic coating and changed your mind about the service after it has already been applied, the coating fee cannot be refunded
• This policy is consistent with how other one time services are handled, as the work has already been completed before the wheels leave our facility

Can the wheels themselves be returned?

Whether the ceramic coated wheels themselves are eligible for return depends on the reason for the return and the condition of the wheels. Here is what to know:

• If the wheels are being returned for a reason unrelated to the ceramic coating, such as a fitment issue or a change of preference, the wheels may still be eligible for return as long as they are in new, unused condition with no signs of installation or use
• The ceramic coating service fee will not be refunded even if the wheels themselves are approved for return
• If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect item being shipped or a fitment recommendation made by our sales team that turned out to be incorrect, both the wheels and the ceramic coating fee will be fully refunded

What if the ceramic coating was applied incorrectly or has a defect?

If you believe the ceramic coating was applied incorrectly or has a defect, here is what to do:

• Do not install the wheels if you notice a coating issue before installation. Installed wheels are not eligible for return regardless of the reason
• Contact us right away with your order number and clear photos of the coating concern before doing anything else
• Our team will review the photos and work with you to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund of the coating fee depending on the nature of the issue

What condition do the wheels need to be in to qualify for a return?

If your ceramic coated wheels are eligible for return, here is what is required:

• Wheels must be in new, unused condition with no signs of installation, use, or damage
• All original accessories such as center caps must be included with the return
• The return must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order
• All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Contact us first to request a return authorization
• Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days of return approval

Will a restocking fee apply?

Returns of ceramic coated wheels may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the circumstances of the return. Here is what to know:

• If the return is due to an error on our part, no restocking fee will apply and the full cost of the wheels will be refunded
• If the return is customer initiated and not related to an error on our part, a restocking fee may apply 
• The ceramic coating fee will not be refunded regardless of whether a restocking fee applies to the wheels
