How long do warranty claims usually take?

Warranty claim timelines vary depending on the product and the manufacturer's review process, but having your photos and documentation ready when you reach out will help move things along as quickly as possible.

We know how important it is to get your vehicle back up and running as quickly as possible, and our team works hard to move warranty claims along as efficiently as we can. Here is what to expect when it comes to warranty claim timelines.

What affects the timeline?

Warranty claim timelines can vary depending on a few factors:

  • The type of product being claimed, whether it is a wheel, tire, or accessory
  • How quickly the required photos and information are submitted
  • The manufacturer's review and approval process
  • Whether a replacement product needs to be sourced and shipped

Wheel warranty claims

Wheel warranty claims are reviewed by the manufacturer after our team submits the claim on your behalf. To help move things along as quickly as possible, make sure to include:

  • Clear photos of the defect if visible
  • Shop paperwork from a professional inspection, if available

Tire warranty claims

Tire warranty claims require a bit more documentation to process. Make sure to have the following ready to avoid any delays:

  • A photo of the DOT number on the sidewall of the tire
  • A photo of the tread depth taken with a tread depth gauge
  • Photos of the defective area if visible
  • Shop paperwork from a professional inspection if available

Accessory warranty timelines

Warranty timelines for accessories vary depending on the product:

  • Standard and spiked lugs: Covered by a limited 30 day warranty for manufacturing defects. Claims are typically resolved quickly depending on availability
  • TPMS sensors: Covered by a one year warranty for manufacturing defects. Our team will work with you to provide a replacement or discounted replacement depending on the issue and timeframe
  • Hub rings and center caps: Not covered by a manufacturer warranty, but if they arrive damaged or defective, contact us right away and we will work with you to find a solution as quickly as possible
