My order arrived with shipping damage. What should I do?
Always inspect your shipment before signing and document any damage with the carrier to qualify for a replacement or credit.
When your wheel and tire package is delivered, or if you're picking it up from a local freight terminal, please take a few minutes to fully inspect everything before signing any paperwork.
Because these shipments are large and travel long distances, damage can occasionally occur during transit. While we do everything possible to securely package your order before it leaves our facility, it’s very important that any visible damage is documented with the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
If you notice damage:
-
Carefully inspect the entire shipment before signing.
-
Make detailed notes about the damage directly on the delivery documents (Bill of Lading).
-
Do not install any damaged items if you would like a replacement.
Damage caused during shipping qualifies for a replacement and/or credit only if it is clearly noted with the carrier before signing and accepting the shipment. If damage is not documented at delivery, the shipping company is no longer liable, and we must submit a formal damage claim and wait for the process to be completed before any potential reimbursement can be issued.
If you discover damage, please contact us through our Contact Us Page (select “Order Support”) and include your invoice number along with clear photos of the damage. Our team will guide you through the next steps and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
We know this extra step can feel inconvenient, but it protects you and ensures we can take swift action if anything isn’t right.
