# Understanding Your Order Status

## A simple guide to what each order status means and where your order is in the process.

**New Orders**
The order has just been placed and is syncing into the system, which typically only takes a few minutes before processing begins. This is a normal part of every new order and nothing is needed from the customer at this time. Once the sync is complete, the order will automatically move to the next status and the fulfillment process will get underway. Hang tight, things are moving and an update should be coming shortly.

**New Orders - Fast Tracking**
The order has been flagged for expedited processing and will be prioritized through fulfillment ahead of standard orders. This means the team will be moving it through each step as quickly as possible to minimize any delays. Fast tracked orders are given priority at each stage of the fulfillment process, from processing all the way through to shipping. The customer can expect things to move quickly and tracking information should be available sooner than a standard order timeline.

**New Orders - House Brands**
The order contains an in-house brand product and is being routed to the appropriate team before processing begins. In-house brand products go through a slightly different workflow to make sure they are handled by the right people from the start. This routing process typically only takes a few minutes and the order will begin moving through fulfillment once it is complete. Everything is on track and a status update should be coming shortly.

**New Orders - Sales**
The order was placed through the sales team and is syncing into the system before processing begins. This is a standard part of the process for orders that come in through the sales channel and everything is moving as expected. Once the sync completes, the order will be picked up and begin moving through fulfillment. Everything looks good and it should be progressing to the next stage within a few minutes.

**Enthusiast Accessories**
The suspension, accessory, or performance parts on the order are being sourced and ordered from the supplier. These types of products are often shipped directly from the supplier or require a bit of coordination before they are ready to move. The team is working on confirming availability and getting everything lined up so the order can continue moving forward. Once the sourcing is confirmed, the status will update to reflect the next step in the process.

**Black Label Lighting**
The order contains Black Label Lighting products that are being ordered and coordinated with the distributor. Black Label Lighting items go through a specific process to make sure they are ordered correctly and routed through the right channels. The team is in contact with the distributor and working to get everything confirmed and moving. The status will update as soon as there is progress on their end and things are ready to continue.

**Garages**
The order includes garage products that are being reviewed and processed by the team. Garage products sometimes require additional handling or review before they can move into the next phase of fulfillment. The team is going through the details of the order to make sure everything is accurate and ready to move forward. An updated status will be available once that review is complete and the order is cleared to proceed.

**International - Documents**
The order is waiting on required shipping documentation before the international shipment can be approved and released. International orders have additional compliance and documentation requirements that must be completed before the carrier will accept the shipment. The team is actively working through this process and handling the paperwork as quickly as possible. If anything additional is needed from the customer, they will be contacted directly. Once all documents are approved, the order will be cleared and ready to ship.

**International - Incomplete Documents Requested**
The order is currently on hold because additional information or documentation is needed from the customer to move forward. An email has already been sent outlining exactly what is needed and why it is required for the international shipment. International shipments have strict documentation requirements and the order cannot proceed until everything is in order. Checking the inbox and responding as quickly as possible will help avoid any further delays. The team is standing by and will get things moving again as soon as the required information is received.

**International - Ready to Ship**
All required documentation for the international shipment has been completed and approved, which is great news. The order has cleared all compliance requirements and is fully authorized to be released to the carrier. The team is now wrapping up the final preparation steps before it gets handed off for departure. Everything is in order and the order will be on its way very soon.

**Inbound Receiving**
The items on the order are currently in transit from the supplier to the warehouse. This happens when products need to be received and inspected before they can be packed and shipped out to the customer. Once everything arrives, the warehouse team will perform a full inspection to make sure all items are in perfect condition. After the inspection is complete, the order will be packed up and prepared for shipment. The status will update to reflect each of these steps as they happen.

**Print for Shipping**
Shipping labels are being printed and the order is being prepped for its final departure from the warehouse. This status means the order has made it through all processing steps and is essentially ready to go. The warehouse team is handling the last bit of packaging and labeling before it gets handed off to the carrier. It is very close to heading out the door and tracking information will be available once it ships.

**Print for Shipping - Tire**
Shipping labels are being printed for the tire order and everything is being prepared for shipment. Tires require specific packaging and labeling to ship safely, and the team is making sure everything is done correctly. This is one of the final steps before the order leaves the warehouse and gets handed off to the carrier. Things are in the home stretch and tracking information will be on its way soon.

**Print for Shipping - Dock**
The order is on the dock and shipping labels are being printed in preparation for pickup by the carrier. Being on the dock means the order has completed all warehouse processing and is physically staged and ready to go. This is essentially the last step before the carrier takes possession of the shipment. It will be picked up and on its way to the customer very shortly.

**Print for Pull/Mount/Balance**
The warehouse team is in the process of pulling the products needed to begin the mounting and balancing process for the wheel and tire package. Mounting and balancing is a hands-on process that requires care and precision to make sure everything is assembled correctly before it ships. This step takes a bit of time but it is an important part of making sure the package arrives ready to install. The team will work through the process efficiently and the order will move toward shipment once it is complete. Tracking information will be available once the package is sealed and handed off to the carrier.

**Print for Pull/Mount/Balance - Dock**
The products are on the dock and are queued up to go through the mounting and balancing process. Having the products on the dock means they have been picked and staged, which is a good sign that things are progressing well. The mounting and balancing process will begin shortly and the team will work through it as efficiently as possible. Once complete, the package will be sealed and shipped out. Tracking information should be available within 1 to 2 days.

**Print for Lugs**
The lug nuts or spacers on the order are being pulled from inventory and prepared for shipment. These items are typically smaller components that move through the warehouse process fairly quickly. The team is pulling and verifying the correct parts before getting them packaged up and ready to go. A status update should be coming soon as these tend to turn around quickly.

**Print for Gear**
The gear items on the order are being pulled from inventory and prepared for shipment. Gear items go through the standard warehouse pull process to make sure the right products are selected and packaged correctly. The team is working through it and things should be moving along shortly. An updated status will be available once the items are packed and ready to head out.

**Print for Enthusiast Accessories**
The suspension or accessory products on the order are being pulled from inventory and prepared for shipment. These products sometimes require a bit more attention during the pull process to ensure everything is correct before packaging. The warehouse team is working through it and will have things ready to ship as soon as possible. A status update will follow once the items are fully prepped and ready to go.

**In Process in Warehouse**
The warehouse team is actively working on the order right now. Depending on what was ordered, this may include mounting, balancing, coating, or other hands-on processes that need to be completed before the order can ship. This is one of the more involved stages of fulfillment but the team is experienced and works efficiently. The order will move toward the shipping stage as soon as all the necessary work is finished. Things are in good hands and progressing as expected.

**Process in Warehouse - Shipping**
The order is being packed and prepared for shipment by the warehouse team. Everything has cleared the processing stage and is now being boxed up and made ready for the carrier. This is one of the final steps before the order leaves the building. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as it is scanned and picked up by the carrier.

**Process in Warehouse - Enthusiast Accessories**
The suspension or accessory products on the order are being actively processed and prepared for shipment. These items sometimes go through additional checks or handling steps to make sure they are packed correctly for safe transit. The warehouse team is working through those steps now and will have everything ready to ship soon. An update will follow once the items are fully processed and on their way.

**Process in Warehouse - Gear**
The gear items on the order are being actively processed and prepared for shipment by the warehouse team. Each item is being verified and packaged to make sure everything arrives in great condition. The team is moving through the process and things should be heading out shortly. Tracking information will be available once the order ships.

**Process in Warehouse - Lugs**
The lug nuts, spacers, or related hardware on the order are being actively processed and prepared for shipment. These components are being pulled, verified, and packaged to make sure the correct parts are included and everything is accounted for. The warehouse team is handling it and the order should be moving toward shipment soon. An update will be available once things are packed and ready to go.

**Process in Warehouse - Shipping Arkon/Anthem**
The order contains Arkon or Anthem products that are currently being processed and prepared for shipment. These brands sometimes go through specific handling steps to ensure they are packaged and shipped correctly. The warehouse team is working through those steps now and the order will be moving out soon. Tracking information will follow once the shipment is finalized and picked up by the carrier.

**Long Term Build - Need Tracking**
The order contains custom built products that are either still in the build process or have recently shipped without tracking information available yet. Custom builds take additional time because they are made or modified specifically for the order, which means they move on a different timeline than standard stocked products. The team is staying on top of this and is actively working to get tracking information as soon as it becomes available. As soon as the tracking number is received, it will be shared with the customer right away. Thank you for the patience while the custom work is completed.

**Anthem Drill**
The Anthem wheels on the order require a custom drilling process before they are ready to ship. This is done to ensure the bolt pattern and fitment are precisely machined to match the vehicle, which is an important step that cannot be skipped. The drilling process takes some additional time but it makes a real difference in the quality and fitment of the final product. The team is working to get this completed as efficiently as possible. Once the drilling is done, the wheels will be inspected and the order will ship out right away.

**Outsourced Drill**
The products on the order require a custom drilling or modification process that is being handled by one of our trusted vendors. Outsourcing this work ensures that the modifications are done with the right equipment and expertise to meet the necessary specifications. The vendor is working on it and the team is keeping tabs on progress to make sure things stay on track. As soon as the work is completed and the items are back in hand, the order will be shipped out without delay. The team will be in touch if there are any updates along the way.

**Shipped**
The order has left the warehouse and is officially on its way to the customer, which is great news. Tracking information is available on the Track Page and can be used to follow the shipment every step of the way. If tracking is not showing any movement yet, it can sometimes take a few hours for the carrier to scan and update the package in their system. The order is in the carrier's hands now and should be arriving soon. Reach out if there are any concerns about the delivery.

**Shipped - Need Tracking**
The order was fulfilled and shipped directly from the distributor rather than from the warehouse. Because of this, tracking information is not always immediately available on this end and the team has to wait to receive it from the distributor. This is being followed up on and the tracking number will be passed along as soon as it comes in. In the meantime, the order is on its way and things are moving in the right direction.

**Enthusiast Accessories - Tracking**
The suspension or accessory item on the order was shipped directly from the distributor to the customer. Items that ship this way sometimes have a short delay before tracking information is available, as it has to be sent over from the distributor's system. The team is following up to get that number and will share it as soon as it is received. The item is on its way and should be arriving soon.

**Quality**
One or more items on the order did not pass the quality inspection that is performed before orders are shipped. The team takes quality seriously and will not send out anything that does not meet the standard expected. The situation is being reviewed and a member of the team will be reaching out directly to go over the options. This may include sending a replacement, sourcing a new item, or working out another solution depending on what makes the most sense. The goal is to make sure the customer ends up with exactly what they ordered and in perfect condition.

**Refunded**
The order has been refunded and the process has been completed on this end. The full refund has been issued and is being sent back through the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on the bank or payment provider, it can take a few business days for the funds to show up in the account. If the refund has not appeared after 5 to 7 business days, it is worth checking with the bank directly as processing times can vary. Reach out if there are any questions or concerns about the refund.
