What condition do items need to be in to qualify for a return?

All items must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of installation, use, or damage and with all original accessories included. 

Before starting a return, it is important to understand what condition your items need to be in to be eligible. Returning items in the wrong condition can result in your return being declined or additional fees being applied. Here is a complete breakdown of what is required for each type of item.

General condition requirements for all returns

Regardless of the type of item being returned, all returns must meet the following basic requirements:

  • Items must be in new, unused condition with no signs of installation, use, or damage
  • All original accessories must be included with the return, such as center caps, hardware, and any other components that came with the product
  • Items must be returned in their original or equivalent packaging to protect them during return shipping
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Contact us first to request a return authorization
  • Once approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days of return authorization

Wheels

Here is what is required for a wheel to qualify for a return:

  • Wheels must be free of any scratches, scuffs, chips, or damage that were not present when the wheel was received
  • Wheels must not have any tires mounted on them. Once a tire has been mounted onto a wheel, the wheel is no longer eligible for return even if the tire is subsequently removed
  • Wheels must include all original accessories such as center caps
  • Minor cosmetic blemishes on the backside of the wheel that were present upon delivery are acceptable and will not affect return eligibility as these are considered industry standard

Tires

Here is what is required for a tire to qualify for a return:

  • Tires must be completely unmounted and must not have been installed on a wheel
  • Tires must show absolutely no signs of mileage or road use. Even a small amount of visible wear on the tread will disqualify a tire from being returned
  • Tires must be free of any damage, cuts, punctures, or sidewall irregularities that were not present when the tire was received
  • Tires that have been mounted, even if they have never been driven on, are not eligible for return on wheel only orders

Wheel and tire packages

Wheel and tire packages have slightly different return conditions since the tires are mounted by our team before shipping. Here is what to know:

  • Wheel and tire packages can be returned as long as they have not been driven on and are still in new, unused condition
  • The wheels and tires must show no signs of having been mounted on a vehicle or driven on
  • All original accessories such as center caps must be included
  • If a tire has been driven on even for a short distance, the package is no longer eligible for return

Suspension and accessories

Here is what is required for suspension and accessory items to qualify for a return:

  • All suspension and accessory items must be completely unused and uninstalled
  • Items that show any signs of installation or attempted installation cannot be accepted and will be returned to the sender without credit
  • This includes any items where packaging has been opened and components have been test fitted or partially assembled
  • All original packaging and hardware must be included with the return

What if an item arrives damaged or defective?

If an item arrives with damage or a defect that was present before installation, different conditions apply. Here is what to know:

  • Do not install any items that you believe are damaged or defective upon arrival

  • Items with pre-existing damage or defects that were not caused by the customer may be eligible for a replacement or return regardless of the standard condition requirements
