What does my order status mean?
Your order status reflects exactly where your order is in the process from the moment it is placed all the way through delivery.
Wondering what your current order status means? Here is a simple breakdown of each status you may see when checking on your order so you always know exactly where things stand.
Order Received
Your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed. Our team has received your order and it is being reviewed before moving into the fulfillment process. You should receive an order confirmation email shortly after your purchase is complete.
Processing
Your order is actively being worked on by our team. This includes verifying your order details, confirming product availability, selecting the correct components like lug nuts and TPMS sensors for your vehicle, and preparing everything for shipment. During this stage our team moves quickly, so if you need to make any changes or request a cancellation, reach out to us as soon as possible.
If any additional information is needed, such as vehicle details for fitment or TPMS programming, our team will reach out to you during this stage. Responding quickly helps avoid any delays in getting your order shipped out.
Shipped
Your order is on its way! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number or numbers. If your order is shipping in multiple packages from different locations, you may receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You can track all of your shipments on our Track Page using the email address you used at checkout.
Estimated delivery timeframes once shipped are as follows:
- Wheels only: 4 to 7 business days
- Tires only: 3 to 7 business days
- Wheel and tire packages: 14 to 21 business days
Please keep in mind that these are estimates and not guarantees.
Backordered
One or more items in your order are temporarily out of stock with the manufacturer. Your order is reserved and will ship as soon as the item becomes available. Typical backorder wait times are around 4 to 6 weeks, though this can vary depending on the manufacturer and demand for the product.
If you cannot wait for a backordered item, reach out to us and we can help you find an in stock alternative and update your order accordingly.
Delivered
Your order has been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you cannot locate your package, start by checking around your property, checking with other members of your household, and checking with neighbors in case it was accidentally left at the wrong address.
If your package is still nowhere to be found after checking, contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date and our team will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
What if my order status has not updated in a while?
If your order status does not seem to be updating or appears to be stuck, here is what to do:
- Check your email for any messages from our team that may require a response
- Check your Track Page using the email address you used at checkout for the most up to date shipping information
- If your tracking information has not updated in several days or something does not look right, contact us with your order number and our team will look into it right away
