If your package is lost or delayed, we are here to help. Customers with Shipping Protection can expect a fast reimbursement or replacement, while our team will help guide everyone else through the carrier claims process.
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package does not arrive on time. Here is what you need to know if your order is lost or delayed in transit.
If you have Shipping Protection: Shipping Protection covers your order against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you added Shipping Protection to your order, simply reach out to our support team and we will work to get you a quick reimbursement or replacement. Claims for lost packages must be filed within 72 hours of the delivery date listed on the carrier's website.
If you do not have Shipping Protection: No worries! While standard coverage requires a claim to be filed with the carrier, our team will be happy to help guide you through the process. Please note that standard claims can take a bit longer to resolve than Shipping Protection claims, but we will be with you every step of the way.
Tips for a smooth delivery:

- For freight shipments like wheel and tire packages, be available to sign for your delivery when necessary
