All wheels and tires come with a full manufacturer warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not cover damage caused by road hazards, improper installation, or normal wear. 

All wheels and tires we sell come with a full manufacturer warranty. Here is everything you need to know about what is covered, how long coverage lasts, and how to start a claim if you believe your product has a defect.

What is covered under the wheel manufacturer warranty?

Wheel warranties cover manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or finish of the wheel. Here is what is generally covered:

  • Structural defects such as cracks, fractures, or failures that were not caused by impact, road hazards, or improper installation
  • Finish defects such as peeling, bubbling, or uneven coating that were present before installation and are not the result of normal wear, improper cleaning, or environmental exposure
  • Any defect that can be attributed to the manufacturing process rather than to how the wheel was used or installed

What is not covered under the wheel manufacturer warranty?

Wheel warranties do not cover damage or issues caused by factors outside of the manufacturing process. Here is what is generally not covered:

  • Damage caused by road hazards such as potholes, curbs, debris, or other impacts
  • Damage caused by improper installation, over torquing, or use of power tools during installation
  • Cosmetic damage such as scratches, scuffs, chips, or finish wear caused by normal use, improper cleaning products, or environmental exposure
  • Damage caused by improper cleaning methods or harsh chemicals
  • Wheels that have been modified, repainted, or refinished after purchase
  • Minor cosmetic blemishes on the backside of the wheel, which are considered industry standard and do not affect structural integrity or performance
  • Damage resulting from the use of incorrect lug nuts or improper hardware

What is covered under the tire manufacturer warranty?

Tire warranties cover manufacturing defects that affect the structural integrity or performance of the tire. Here is what is generally covered:

  • Structural defects such as tread separation, sidewall irregularities, or belt separation that were not caused by road hazards, improper inflation, or misuse
  • Defects in the rubber compound or construction that were present before the tire was put into service
  • Premature wear that is determined to be the result of a manufacturing defect rather than improper inflation, misalignment, or driving conditions

What is not covered under the tire manufacturer warranty?

Tire warranties do not cover damage or issues caused by factors outside of the manufacturing process. Here is what is generally not covered:

  • Damage caused by road hazards such as nails, glass, potholes, or other debris
  • Damage caused by improper inflation, including running tires that are consistently over or under inflated
  • Damage caused by improper installation or mounting
  • Tread wear that is consistent with normal use and driving conditions
  • Damage caused by misalignment, improper rotation, or suspension issues
  • Tires that have been stretched beyond the recommended width for the wheel size
  • Damage caused by off road use, racing, or other applications beyond the tire's intended use

Who can submit a warranty claim?

There are a few eligibility requirements for submitting a warranty claim. Here is what to know:

  • Warranty claims may only be submitted by the original purchaser of the product
  • Items must have been purchased directly from our store to be warranty eligible
  • Warranties are non-transferable and cannot be passed on to a secondary owner

How long does warranty cost coverage last?

We cover the costs associated with warranty claims for a limited time after delivery. Here is what to know:

  • We will cover the costs involved with warranty claims up to 30 days from the date of delivery
  • After the 30 day period, the costs involved with the warranty claim including shipping and any inspection fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • The manufacturer warranty itself may still be valid after 30 days even if we no longer cover the associated costs

What do I need to submit a warranty claim?

Having the right information and photos ready will help our team process your claim as quickly as possible. Here is what to prepare:

For wheel warranty claims:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the defect if visible
  • Shop paperwork from a professional inspection if available

For tire warranty claims:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the DOT number on the sidewall of the tire
  • A photo of the tread depth measured with a tread depth gauge
  • Photos of the defective area if visible
  • Shop paperwork from a professional inspection if available

What should I do if I believe my product has a defect?

If you believe your wheels or tires have a manufacturing defect, here is what to do:

  • Do not install any items you believe may be defective. Installed items may affect your warranty eligibility
  • Contact us right away with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the concern
  • Our team will review your claim and work with the manufacturer on your behalf to find the best possible resolution
