What is your cancellation policy?

Contact us as soon as possible for order changes or cancellations, as restocking fees may apply depending on timing and order status.

If you need to make a change to your order or request a cancellation, please reach out to us as soon as possible. Our team will always do our best to work with you and adjust your shipment when we can.

Because our fulfillment process is designed to get orders pulled, packed, and shipped quickly, your order may already be further along than expected shortly after purchase. Once processing begins, changes can become more limited.

Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee unless the error was on our end. Restocking fees vary depending on the item ordered and how far along the order is in the fulfillment process at the time of cancellation.

Here’s what to keep in mind:

  • If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase, restocking fees may be waived.

  • Most restocking fees typically range from 10–25%.

  • In some cases, certain products may carry higher fees due to vendor agreements or shipping and handling costs once processing has begun.
