What photos or information do I need for a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim, have your order number and the required photos ready before reaching out. Wheel claims require photos of the defect if visible, while tire claims require a photo of the DOT number and tread depth with a gauge.
Starting a warranty claim is simple, and having the right information ready ahead of time will help our team get your claim processed as quickly as possible. Here is everything you will need to submit a warranty claim.
Basic order information
Before reaching out, have the following details ready:
- Your order number
- The name the order was placed under
- The date your order was delivered
- The product name, brand, and part number if available
Wheel warranty photos
When submitting a warranty claim for a wheel, please include the following:
Required photos:
- Clear, well lit photos of the defect or damage if visible
Recommended photos:
- Shop paperwork from a professional inspection or installation
- Photos showing the full wheel, not just the affected area
- Close up photos of the specific area of concern
Tire warranty photos
When submitting a warranty claim for a tire, please include the following:
Required photos:
- DOT number, located on the sidewall of the tire
- Tread depth, photographed with a tread depth gauge
Recommended photos:
- Photos of the defective area if visible
- Shop paperwork from a professional inspection
- Photos of the whole tread surface
- Photos of the whole tire
Important things to keep in mind
- Do not install any items you believe may be defective. Installed items may affect your warranty eligibility
- Warranty claims may only be submitted by the original purchaser
- Items must have been purchased directly from our store to be warranty eligible
- Warranties are non-transferable and cannot be passed on to a secondary owner
- We will cover costs involved with warranty claims up to 30 days from the date of delivery. After that, costs involved with the warranty claim are the customer's responsibility
What about accessory warranties?
Warranty coverage varies depending on the accessory:
- Standard and spiked lugs: Limited 30 day warranty covering manufacturing defects only
- TPMS sensors: One year warranty covering manufacturing defects. We will work with you to provide a replacement or discounted replacement depending on the issue and timeframe
- Hub rings and center caps: Not covered by a manufacturer warranty, but if they arrive damaged or defective, contact us right away and do not install them. We will still work with you to find a solution
