What states or regions qualify for free shipping?

What qualifies for free shipping?

This covers the vast majority of our customers and includes all states in the continental US from coast to coast. If your shipping address is within the lower 48 states, free shipping will automatically be applied to eligible orders at checkout.

How do I know if free shipping applies to my order?

- Enter your shipping address and the applicable shipping options and costs will be displayed before you complete your purchase
- If free shipping applies to your order it will be shown as a zero dollar shipping charge
- If additional shipping charges apply they will be clearly displayed before you finalize your order so there are no surprises
Areas That Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping

Hawaii and Alaska
Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is available but will have additional shipping charges applied due to the distance and logistics involved in shipping outside of the continental United States. Any additional charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
APO and FPO Military Addresses
We handle shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses on a case by case basis. Additional shipping charges may apply and not all items may be eligible for delivery to military addresses. If you need to ship to a military address, contact us before placing your order and our team will work with you to confirm availability and shipping costs.
Puerto Rico and US Territories
If you are located in Puerto Rico or other US territories, additional shipping charges may apply. Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout. International Orders
We ship to many countries around the world including Canada, Australia, and many others. However, international orders are not eligible for free shipping. Here is what to know about international shipping:
- International shipping quotes cover freight costs only
- Additional fees such as duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and customs charges are not included in the shipping quote and are collected locally upon delivery
- The customer is responsible for researching and understanding any applicable duties or customs fees before placing an international order
- In rare cases we may temporarily suspend shipping to certain countries depending on freight availability and other factors
- We do not ship to freight forwarders and all international shipments must go directly to the recipient through our carriers
