Why did I receive open lugs with my order?
Open lugs may be sent instead of closed lugs to ensure proper fit with the center caps on your wheels.
If you ordered closed lugs but received open lugs, it is usually because of the center cap on your wheel. Some closed lugs cannot fit properly with certain center caps, so our warehouse may switch to open lugs to ensure proper installation and fitment.
This ensures that your wheels and lugs work correctly without interfering with the center caps.
