Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?

We know you're excited to get your new gear, and we work hard to get orders out as quickly as possible! Here are a few common reasons an order may not have shipped yet.
Your order may still be processing. Orders go through a fulfillment process before they ship. This includes picking, packing, and coordinating with our shipping carriers. Our team moves quickly, but some orders take a little more time to prepare.
Your order may ship in multiple packages. If you ordered multiple items, they may ship separately from different locations to get them to you as fast as possible.
Estimated delivery times:
- Wheels only: 4 to 7 business days
- Tires only: 3 to 7 business days
- Wheel and tire packages: 14 to 21 business days
Please keep in mind these are estimates, not guarantees. Ceramic coating may add 2 to 3 additional business days.
Your item may be on backorder. A backorder means the manufacturer is temporarily out of stock but has more on the way. Typical backorder wait times are around 4 to 6 weeks, though this can vary. If your item is on backorder, we will do our best to keep you informed. If you can not wait, reach out to us and we can help you find an in-stock alternative.
