Can I cancel a forged, custom, or special order wheel?
Forged, custom-built, and special order wheels cannot typically be canceled or returned once production begins, with limited exceptions within 24 hours.
When it comes to forged, custom-built, or special order wheels, cancellations are very limited. Because these wheels are made specifically for your order, once production or processing begins, they generally cannot be canceled. This ensures that each wheel is crafted to meet your specifications without unnecessary delays or wasted materials.
Some manufacturers may allow a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, but a fee may still apply due to the fast turnaround and coordination with the manufacturer. If your order has already been entered into our fulfillment system, unfortunately, we cannot cancel or modify it. Additionally, because these wheels are made-to-order, they cannot be returned, as each one is customized specifically for your vehicle.
