Can I cancel my order before it ships?

Act as quickly as possible
Our team moves fast to get orders fulfilled, which means your order may already be further along in the fulfillment process than you might expect. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance we have of canceling your order before it ships. Here is what to keep in mind:
- If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of placing your order, any applicable fees may be waived
- After 24 hours, your order may already be in the picking, packing, or shipping process, which can affect whether a cancellation is possible and what fees may apply
Will I be charged a restocking fee?
Cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product and how far along your order is in the fulfillment process. Here is what to know:
- The restocking fee is dependent on the items ordered
- If your cancellation request is received within 24 hours of purchase, these fees may be waived
- Due to vendor contracts and shipping and handling expenses, some products may carry a higher restocking fee once processing has begun
- If the cancellation is due to an error on our part, restocking fees will not apply
What about forged, custom, or special order wheels?
Forged, custom built, made to order, and special order wheels have a different cancellation policy than standard in stock items. Here is what to know:
- The majority of forged, custom, and special order wheels cannot be canceled once processing or production has begun
- Some manufacturers may allow a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase, but a fee may still apply
- Forged, custom, and special order wheels cannot be returned once production has started, as they are built specifically for your order
- If you need to cancel a forged or custom order, contact us as soon as possible and we will check with the manufacturer to see what options are available
What if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already shipped by the time you reach out, a cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, here is what to know:
- You may be able to start a return once your order has been delivered, as long as the items are still in new, unused condition
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs depending on the circumstances
- Contact us as soon as your order arrives and our team will walk you through the return process
