Can I split payment between two cards or methods?
Our checkout does not currently support splitting payment between two cards, but you can combine a gift card with another payment method. Financing through Affirm or Katapult is also a great option to help manage the cost of your order.
We understand that sometimes splitting a payment between two cards or payment methods is more convenient. Here is what you need to know about splitting payments on your order.
Can I split my payment?
At this time, our checkout does not natively support splitting a payment between two cards or payment methods in a single transaction. However, there is one exception:
Using a gift card with another payment method
If you have a gift card, you can apply it to your order at checkout and pay the remaining balance with another payment method such as a credit card, debit card, or PayPal. This is the easiest way to combine two forms of payment on a single order.
What are my other options?
If splitting payment is important to you, here are a few alternatives to consider:
- Financing: Using Affirm or Katapult allows you to spread the cost of your order over time with fixed monthly payments, which can make a larger purchase more manageable
- PayPal: If your PayPal account has a balance, you may be able to combine it with a linked card or bank account through PayPal's own platform at checkout
- Gift cards: Purchase a gift card in a specific amount to put toward your order and pay the remainder with another method
