How do I start a return or warranty claim?
To start a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a return authorization before sending anything back. For warranty claims, submit a warranty claim through our Warranty Center.
We want to make sure you are completely taken care of if something does not go as planned with your order. Here is everything you need to know about starting a return or warranty claim.
Starting a return
Visit our Contact Us page to start a return. Before starting a return, there are a few important things to keep in mind:
- All returns must be approved before sending anything back. Please contact us first to request a return authorization
- Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
- Once your return is approved, items must be shipped back within 10 days
- All items must be returned in new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage and with all original accessories included such as center caps
- Any product that has been driven on, mounted, or shows signs of installation is not eligible for return
- Forged, custom, made to order, and special order wheels cannot be returned as they are built specifically for your order
Will I have to pay a restocking fee?
Returns may be subject to a restocking fee depending on the product and its manufacturer. However, if the return is due to an error on our part or a fitment recommendation made by our sales team, we will waive any restocking fees as long as the item is still in like new condition. Every situation is reviewed individually and we always work to find the fairest solution possible.
What about return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs vary depending on the situation. If the return is due to an error on our part, we will work with you to cover the costs. For returns originating outside of the lower 48 US states, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs including repacking, pickup, and transportation.
How long does a refund take?
Once your return is received and approved, most warehouse returns are inspected within 3 business days. Returns sent back to the manufacturer are typically inspected within 10 business days after delivery. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2 to 3 business days of passing the return inspection.
Starting a warranty claim
All wheels and tires come with a full manufacturer warranty. You can submit wheel or tire warranties through our Warranty Center. Here is what to know about starting a warranty claim:
- Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser
- Items must have been purchased directly from our store to be warranty eligible
- Warranties are non-transferable
- We will cover costs involved with warranty claims up to 30 days from the date of delivery. After that, costs involved with the warranty claim are the customer's responsibility
- Do not install any items you believe may be defective, as installed items may affect your eligibility
Accessory warranties
- Standard and spiked lugs come with a limited 30 day warranty covering manufacturing defects
- TPMS sensors come with a one year warranty covering manufacturing defects
- Hub rings and center caps are not covered by a manufacturer warranty, but if they arrive damaged or defective, contact us right away and we will work with you to find a solution
