How do I submit a warranty claim through the Warranty Center?

To submit a wheel or tire warranty claim, visit our Warranty Center and have your order number and photos of the defect ready before starting.

If you believe your wheels, tires, or accessories have a manufacturing defect, submitting a warranty claim is a straightforward process. Here is a step by step guide to everything you need to do to get your claim started and processed as quickly as possible.

Before you submit a claim

There are a few important things to do before starting the warranty claim process. Here is what to know:

  • If the defect is noticed on delivery, do not install any items you believe may be defective. Installed items may affect your warranty eligibility and make it more difficult to process your claim
  • Take clear, well lit photos of the defect or concern before doing anything else. Having photos ready before you start the process will help speed things up significantly
  • Locate your order number, which can be found in your order confirmation email or on your Track Page
  • Review your purchase to confirm that the item was purchased directly from our store, as items purchased from third parties are not eligible for warranty coverage
  • Confirm that you are the original purchaser, as warranties are non-transferable and claims may only be submitted by the original purchaser

What photos do I need?

Having the right photos ready before submitting your claim is one of the most important steps to avoid delays. Here is what to prepare depending on the type of product:

For wheel warranty claims:

  • Clear photos of the defect or damage if visible
  • Photos showing the full wheel from multiple angles
  • Shop paperwork from a professional inspection is recommended if available

For tire warranty claims:

  • A photo of the DOT number located on the sidewall of the tire. This is required to process any tire warranty claim
  • A photo of the tread depth measured with a tread depth gauge. This is required for all tire warranty claims
  • Photos of the defective area if visible
  • Photos of the full tread surface and the full tire
  • Shop paperwork from a professional inspection if available

  • Depending on the manufacturer's review process, resolution timelines can vary. Having all required photos and information submitted upfront is the best way to keep things moving as quickly as possible

How long does warranty cost coverage last?

It is important to submit your warranty claim as soon as possible after discovering a defect. Here is what to know about cost coverage:

  • We cover the costs associated with warranty claims up to 30 days from the date of delivery
  • After the 30 day period, the costs involved with the warranty claim including shipping and any applicable inspection fees are the responsibility of the customer

What are the possible resolutions for a warranty claim?

Depending on the nature of the defect and the manufacturer's assessment, here are the possible outcomes of a warranty claim:

  • A replacement product shipped out to you at no additional cost if the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing issue
  • A partial or full refund depending on the nature of the defect and the manufacturer's warranty terms
  • A discounted replacement in cases where the defect falls outside of full warranty coverage but our team determines that a partial resolution is appropriate
  • In cases where the claim is denied by the manufacturer, our team will communicate the outcome clearly and work with you to explore any remaining options

What if my claim is denied?

If your warranty claim is denied, here is what to know:

  • Our team will communicate the outcome of the manufacturer's review and explain why the claim was denied
  • If you believe the denial was incorrect or unfair, you can request an additional review and our team will advocate on your behalf with the manufacturer
  • Even if a formal warranty claim is denied, our team will always work with you to explore any other available options or resolutions
