How do I update my order if I ordered the wrong size or finish?

What if my order has already been processed or shipped?

If your order has already moved into fulfillment or has shipped, making a change becomes more difficult. Here is what to know depending on where your order is in the process:

  • Still processing: If your order is still in the processing stage, there is a good chance our team can make the update before it ships. Contact us immediately with your order number and the change you need and our team will check the status and do everything possible to accommodate the update
  • Already shipped: If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes to the items in transit. In this case you will need to wait for your order to arrive and then start a return or exchange process. Make sure to do a proper test fit before installing anything to confirm whether the item works for your setup before committing to installation

Will there be any fees for making a change?

Fees for order updates depend on the situation and how far along your order is in the fulfillment process. Here is what to know:

  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped and the change is straightforward, our team will do our best to make the update without any additional fees
  • If your order has already been processed and needs to be canceled and reordered, a restocking fee may apply depending on the stage of fulfillment
  • If there is a price difference between the original item and the updated item, our team will work with you to handle the adjustment
  • Forged, custom, made to order, and special order wheels generally cannot be changed or canceled once production has begun, as they are built specifically for your original order

How do I start an exchange after receiving my order?

If your order has already arrived and you need to exchange an item for the correct size or finish, here is what to know:

  • Do not install any items you plan to exchange. Items that have been installed or show signs of use are not eligible for return or exchange
  • Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and the correct item you would like to exchange for
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your order
  • All returns must be approved before sending anything back and items must be shipped back within 10 days of return approval
  • Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply depending on the circumstances of the exchange
