What does partial shipment mean?
A partial shipment means your order is shipping in multiple packages. All of your items are on their way and you will receive separate tracking numbers for each!
If you received a notification that only part of your order has shipped, do not worry! This is completely normal and is actually done to get your products to you as quickly as possible.
Why does this happen? Depending on the items you ordered, we may ship your order in multiple packages from different locations. For example, a set of wheels may ship directly from the manufacturer while accessories ship separately from our warehouse. This saves time by skipping the extra step of consolidating everything into one shipment before sending it out.
What should I expect?
- You may receive separate tracking numbers for each package in your order
- Your packages may arrive on different days
- All items in your order are on their way, just potentially at different times
