What if I’m missing part of my order?
If part of your order appears to be missing, start by checking all of your packaging thoroughly and reviewing your Track Page for any separate shipments still on the way. If something is still missing after checking, contact us right away with your order number and we will get it taken care of as quickly as possible.
If part of your order appears to be missing, do not panic! There are a few common reasons why this happens and in most cases it is a quick and easy fix. Here is what to do if something seems to be missing from your order.
Step 1: Check all of your packaging
Before reaching out, do a thorough check of all the packaging your order arrived in. Here is what to look for:
- Smaller items like lug nuts, TPMS sensors, center caps, and valve stems are sometimes packed inside the packaging of larger items like wheels or tires
- Check inside wheel barrels, inside boxes, and between any protective padding or wrapping
- Some items may be packaged separately within the same box and can be easy to overlook
Step 2: Check your Track Page
If you ordered multiple items, they may be shipping in separate packages from different locations. Here is what to know:
- Log in to your Track Page using the email address you used at checkout to see all shipments associated with your order
- If you ordered just a set of wheels, items like lug sets or TPMS sensors may be shipping separately and could still be on their way
- Check the status of each individual shipment to confirm whether any packages are still in transit
Step 3: Review your order confirmation
Before assuming something is missing, take a moment to review your order confirmation to verify exactly what was included in your purchase. Here is what to keep in mind:
- Center caps are included if the wheel was designed with them, but not all wheels come with center caps
- Chrome lug sets are available as an add on and may not be included unless they were purchased at checkout
- TPMS sensors are available for an additional cost and are not automatically included with every order unless purchased
- If you received chrome lugs instead of black lugs, your order was likely updated by our warehouse because your wheel has a center cap that fully covers the lugs
- If you received open lugs instead of closed lugs, this was likely updated based on the center cap style of your specific wheel
Step 4: Contact us right away
If you have checked all of your packaging, reviewed your Track Page, and confirmed what was included in your order, and something is still genuinely missing, reach out to us as soon as possible. Here is what to have ready:
- Your order number
- A description of the item or items that appear to be missing
- Confirmation that all expected shipments have been delivered according to your Track Page

What if an item was left out by mistake?
If our team made an error and an item was left out of your order, we will make it right as quickly as possible. Here is what to expect:

- If an item was left out due to an error on our part, we will ship it out to you at no additional cost as quickly as possible
- We will provide you with a tracking number for the missing item once it has been shipped
