What should I do if a wheel cap, lug, or sensor is missing from my order?
If something appears to be missing from your order, check your packaging thoroughly and your Track Page for any separate shipments on the way.
We take great care in preparing every order, but if something is missing we want to make it right as quickly as possible. Here is what to do if you are missing a center cap, lug, or TPMS sensor from your order.
Step 1: Check your entire shipment: Before reaching out, make sure to check all of the packaging thoroughly. Smaller items like lugs and sensors are sometimes packed separately or tucked inside the packaging of larger items.
Step 2: Check your Track Page: If you ordered just a set of wheels, lugs or TPMS sensors may be shipped separately and could be arriving in a separate package. Check your Track Page using your checkout email to see if there are additional shipments on the way.
Step 3: Review your order details: Keep in mind that not all orders include every accessory:
- Center caps are included if the wheel was designed with them
- Chrome lug sets are available as an add-on and may not be included unless purchased
- TPMS sensors are available for an additional cost and are not automatically included with every order
Step 4: Contact us right away: If something is genuinely missing from your order, reach out to us as soon as possible with your order number and a description of the missing item. Our team will review your order and work quickly to get the missing item sent out to you.
A few additional things to know
- If you received chrome lugs instead of black lugs, your order was likely updated because your wheel has a center cap that fully covers the lugs. Reach out to us if you would prefer black lugs or plan to run the wheels without caps
- If you received open lugs instead of closed lugs, this was likely updated based on the center cap style of your wheel
