When does my Shipping Protection Plan coverage start and end?
Shipping Protection covers your order from the time it ships until delivery, with claims for lost, damaged, or stolen packages required within 72 hours of delivery.
Shipping Protection coverage begins as soon as your order ships and remains active until your package is marked as delivered. During this time, your shipment is protected in case something goes wrong while it’s on the way to you.
If a package is marked as delivered but can’t be found, a lost package claim must be submitted within 72 hours of the delivery date shown on the shipping carrier’s website. For damaged or stolen packages, claims must also be started within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for coverage.
Please note that any damage that occurs after delivery is not covered by Shipping Protection.
