Why did my order ship in multiple packages?

Orders sometimes ship in multiple packages from different locations to get your products to you as quickly as possible. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment and can monitor everything on your Track Page.

Why Did My Order Ship in Multiple Packages?

If you received a shipping notification for only part of your order, or if your packages are arriving on different days, do not worry! This is completely normal and is actually done to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about orders that ship in multiple packages.

Why does this happen?

Depending on the items you ordered, we may ship your order from multiple locations rather than consolidating everything into one shipment. Here are a few common reasons why this happens:

  • Wheels may ship directly from the manufacturer while accessories like lugs or TPMS sensors ship separately from our warehouse
  • Different items in your order may be stocked at different locations, making it faster and more efficient to ship them separately rather than waiting for everything to arrive at one location first
  • Shipping items separately as soon as they are ready gets each piece of your order moving toward you faster, rather than holding everything up while waiting for all items to be in one place

Will I receive separate tracking numbers?

Yes! If your order is shipping in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment. You can find all of your tracking information on your Track Page using the email address you used at checkout. If you are unsure about the status of any part of your order, our team is happy to help.

What if my packages arrive on different days?

This is completely normal. Because your items may be shipping from different locations, they may arrive at different times. Here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Check your Track Page regularly to monitor the status of each individual shipment
  • Do not be alarmed if one package arrives before another. The rest of your order is on its way
  • If a package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, reach out to us and we will look into it right away

What if something is missing from my order?

If all of your packages have arrived and something still appears to be missing, here is what to do:

  • Check all of your packaging thoroughly, as smaller items like lugs and TPMS sensors are sometimes packed inside the packaging of larger items
  • Check your Track Page to confirm all expected shipments have been delivered
  • Review your order confirmation to verify what was included in your purchase, as some accessories like lug sets and TPMS sensors are add ons that may not have been included unless purchased
  • If something is still missing after checking all of the above, contact us right away with your order number and a description of the missing item and our team will get it sorted out for you quickly

Can I request my order to ship all together?

In most cases, we are not able to hold items at one location to consolidate shipments, as this would slow down the overall delivery of your order. Shipping items as soon as they are ready is the fastest way to get your complete order to you.
