Why was my financing application declined?
Financing decisions are made by our third party partners Affirm and Katapult, so we are not able to see the specific reason for a decline. If one option does not work, try the other financing option or use an alternative payment method at checkout.

Why are financing applications declined?
Financing decisions are made entirely by our third party financing partners, Affirm and Katapult. Common reasons a financing application may be declined include:
- Credit score or credit history not meeting the lender's requirements
- Insufficient income or debt to income ratio
- Incomplete or inaccurate information entered during the application
- The purchase amount exceeding the approved credit limit
What can I do if I was declined?

Try a different financing option
If you were declined by one financing provider, consider trying another option at checkout. Affirm and Katapult have different approval criteria, so you may be approved by one even if you were declined by the other. Katapult in particular is designed to help customers who may not qualify for traditional financing options.
Use an alternative payment method
We accept several other secure payment methods if financing is not an option:
- Credit or debit card
- PayPal, which includes built in buyer protection and does not require a PayPal account to use
- Gift card
